concordance (noun)
a list produced by a computer that shows every example of a particular word that is used in the books, newspapers, etc. stored on the computer

analysis of the ways in which speakers interact in conversation. Conversation analysis is sometimes called CA.

linguistics describing how people use a language rather than stating how they should use it
