Until can be used in the following ways:

as a preposition (followed by a noun): She continued to get a salary until the end of March.

as a conjunction (connecting two clauses): I stayed there until he arrived.

Unlike till, the word until has only one ‘l’:

✗ Parents are responsible for their children’s actions untill they are 18.

✓ Parents are responsible for their children’s actions until they are 18.

Till and until mean the same, but till is more informal.
