A tole-rant is a constructive rant about a social problem that points to a solution. Tole-rant can also be used as a verb and a person who tole-rants is known as a tole-ranter. A tole-rant usually takes the form of a 60 second video featuring an individual's personal viewpoint spoken directly to camera. However, the term is also being used to refer to a constructive rant of any length in any format or context.
