Myself is a reflexive pronoun, being the reflexive form of I. It is used especially in the following ways:

as an object that refers to the speaker or writer who is the subject of the sentence or is mentioned somewhere earlier in the sentence: I blame myself for what happened.She showed me a photograph of myself at the age of 12.

after ‘I’ for emphasis: I myself will perform the operation.
